Ex-LG Chair, Kunle Bankole Appreciates Gov. Makinde On Appointment As Chairman, Hospital Management Board

Former Executive Chairman of Oriire Local Government Area, Hon. Kunle Bankole, has expressed gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde following his appointment as Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board.

In an appreciation message on Friday, Hon. Bankole said he received the news with great joy, describing the appointment as an honour and a call to serve the people of Oyo State in a greater capacity.

Bankole, who earlier served as member of LAUTECH Governing board under the Omituntun 1.0, noted that Governor Makinde has continued to demonstrate purposeful leadership, competence, and inclusiveness in governance, particularly in the health sector where his administration has recorded remarkable transformation through renovation of health facilities and improved welfare.

The former council boss thanked the Governor for finding him worthy of the appointment and for his continuous trust in his ability to deliver, pledging to bring his wealth of experience in administration and grassroots governance to bear in repositioning the board for effective service delivery.

He said: “I am profoundly grateful to His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for this great opportunity. I do not take it for granted. I assure the Governor and the good people of Oyo State that I will work diligently with all stakeholders to strengthen our hospital management system and complement the Omituntun 2.0 agenda in the health sector”.

Hon. Bankole also congratulated other newly appointed chairmen and members of boards and the Advisory Council, whilst praying for God’s guidance and wisdom for Governor Makinde to continue to lead the state to greater heights.
