Keith Lott Dies During Sex, Family Battles Organ Harvest 

A tragic incident in New Jersey has sparked both grief and controversy after 47-year-old Keith Lott reportedly suffered a fatal cardiac arrest while having sexual intercourse with his wife at their home.

According to reports, the incident occurred on May 16 when Lott suddenly collapsed during the intimate moment. His wife immediately began performing CPR before emergency responders rushed him to a nearby hospital. Despite efforts to save his life, doctors later declared him brain dead.

The tragedy took another turn when Lott’s family said they were contacted by an organ procurement organization about recovering his organs. However, relatives maintained that Lott had removed his name from the state’s organ donor registry in 2025 after embracing Islam and had made it clear that he no longer wished to be an organ donor.

Determined to honor what they described as his final wishes, family members opposed the proposed organ recovery, insisting that his updated decision should be respected. The disagreement reportedly delayed funeral and burial arrangements until the office of a New Jersey state senator intervened to help resolve the dispute.
