JUST IN: Dr. Alao Gbolahan emerges APM consensus chairmanship candidate for Surulere LG 

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has officially announced Dr. Alao Gbolahan as its Chairmanship Candidate for the forthcoming Surulere Local Government election, in a demonstration of confidence in his leadership capacity, competence, and commitment to the development of the people.

The candidate was formally presented, and his hand raised by the party leadership following his emergence, in the presence of the APM Local  Chairman, Hon. Adeeyo Okesanjo, other local party executives, leaders, and stakeholders of the party. 

The occasion further demonstrated the unity, strength, and collective resolve of APM members in the Surulere Local Government ahead of the election.

Speaking on the development, the party expressed confidence that Dr. Alao Gbolahan possesses the experience, vision, and leadership qualities required to provide purposeful and people-oriented leadership in the Surulere Local Government. His emergence is seen as an opportunity to consolidate on the party’s commitment to grassroots development, inclusive governance, and meaningful representation of the interests of the people.
