1.) Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and supply chain operations across ourbusinesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, optimizing costs, and ensuring the uninterrupted supply of quality raw materials, packaging, and operational equipment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of procurement within the food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and other operational requirements.

Build and maintain a reliable supplier network to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.

Lead contract negotiations to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks, and recommend appropriate sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with Production, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams to align procurement with production plans and business demand.

Drive inventory optimization to minimize stock-outs, wastage, and excess inventory.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards for all procured materials.

Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and spend reports for Management.

Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through technology and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the bakery, food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, or QSR industry.

Proven experience in supplier negotiation, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.

Strong understanding of the Nigerian supply market and procurement practices.

Experience managing procurement budgets and supplier contracts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or inventory management systems.

The Business Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, and profitability of assigned outlets.

The role provides strategic and operational oversight of all business activities, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and people management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance: Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets across assigned outlets by executing business strategies.

Oversee Operations: Ensure efficient day-to-day outlet operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.

Lead People: Coach, develop, and manage Outlet teams to build a high-performing, engaged, and accountable workforce.

Deliver Excellent Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards, promptly resolve customer complaints, and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage Financials and Resources: Control labour, food, and operating costs while ensuring effective inventory management, asset protection, and optimal profitability.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant, or food service industry, with at least 2 years inmanagement role.

Strong understanding of QSR operational standards, food safety regulations, inventory management, labour scheduling, and customer service excellence.
