John Adisa-Oke LEGACY Secures APM Ratification for Ogbomoso Federal Constituency Seat

The candidacy of Hon. John Adisa-Oke, Ph.D, popularly known as LEGACY, was formally ratified on Wednesday at a congress held across the three local governments that make up the Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South, and Oriire Federal Constituency.

The ratification confirms LEGACY as the Allied Peoples Movement, APM, candidate for the 2027 House of Representatives election.

In a statement issued after the exercise, Hon. Adisa-Oke expressed gratitude to God and thanked party leaders, stakeholders, and members of both the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and APM for their support throughout the process.

“I give all glory to Almighty God for this important milestone and sincerely appreciate the support, encouragement, and confidence reposed in me by our leaders, stakeholders, and members of both the PDP and APM throughout this journey,” he said.

He reaffirmed his commitment to service and called on party faithful to begin massive mobilization ahead of the forthcoming general elections.

“I remain committed to giving my very best in the service of our people. I urge all party faithful and supporters to begin massive mobilization ahead of the forthcoming general elections,” LEGACY stated.

He expressed confidence in victory on election day, adding: “Together, with unity, hard work, and dedication, January 16, 2027, shall indeed be a victorious day for our great party and our constituency.”

He ended the statement with the Yoruba phrase, “Seyi e da?”, a rallying call to supporters of Governor Seyi Makinde.
