Engineer Toheeb Adegoke, popularly known as *ADLAT*, has obtained the nomination form of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) to contest for the House of Representatives seat ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Adegoke picked up the form at the party’s secretariat in Ibadan, marking the formal start of his campaign for the Lagelu/Akinyele Federal Constituency seat.
Speaking after collecting the form, Adegoke said his decision to run was driven by a desire to provide effective representation and drive development in the constituency.
He called on party members, youth, and community stakeholders to support his ambition.
“I am stepping forward to serve because I believe our people deserve purposeful leadership that prioritizes infrastructure, education, job creation, and youth empowerment,” he said.
He pledged to run an issue-based campaign focused on solutions to the challenges facing the constituency and to work with all stakeholders to strengthen the APM’s presence in the area.
Adegoke however urged party members to remain united and committed to the ideals of the APM as preparations for the 2027 elections intensify.
Further details on his campaign plans and consultations are expected in the coming weeks.
