Makinde attends thanksgiving service in Ibadan
The executive Governor of Oyo State and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Seyi Makinde stated on his verified Twitter page on Sunday; “We joined Bishop Taiwo Adelakun and family at Victory International Church for the thanksgiving service this morning.”
The executive Governor of Oyo State and PDP Chieftain stated further; “As I said in my remarks during the service, 2026 is a pivotal year for Oyo State and indeed Nigeria and as an administration, we covet the prayers and support of the church as we approach the end of our tenure in office. I also said that while my own tenure as governor will end next year, Omituntun will continue in our dear State.”The chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party noted; “I assured our people in Elebu and those residing around the BCJ-Railway-Gbekuba-NIHORT Junction that both roads will be fixed before the end of our tenure in office in fulfilment of my promise to them”
