Afijio Agog As Hon. Adedokun Adeyemo Declares for State Assembly Seat, Pledges Good Representation

Hon. Emmanuel Adedokun Adeyemo formally declared his intention to contest for the Oyo State House of Assembly seat, representing Afijio State Constituency, under the PDP platform. This was during a visit to PDP leaders and executives at the party office, Jobele. Hon. Adeyemo, a Fiditi native, emphasized his PDP commitment and desire to serve Afijio. 

He highlighted past contributions, including supporting beverage sellers via Nigerian Breweries.

Addressing party leaders, Hon. Adeyemo pledged support, party obedience, and visible projects for constituents.

PDP leaders, led by Chairman Chief Jagun Akinade, welcomed the declaration and pledged support. Chief Jagun Akinade hailed Hon. Adeyemo as a “true son of Afijio with a servant’s heart”, commending his selfless efforts and “unstoppable community spirit that touches lives”.

Hon. Adeyemo gave the party ₦620,000 and fixed the Jobele PDP party office gutter covering.

Party executives, leaders, and members lauded Hon. Adeyemo’s efforts, commended his community spirit, and prayed for his success in the 2027 forthcoming general election. They expressed confidence in his ability to represent Afijio effectively and assured him of their full support and backing.
