Odukoya, Oyo CP salute Agboworin for bolstering Makinde’s security drive

Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin), the lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency, has presented empowerment items to security agencies in his constituency. 

The items, including refrigerators, generators, printers, water dispensers, industrial fans, and stationery, were given to the Police, Department of State Security (DSS), NSCDC, Operation Burst, and Amotekun, on Thursday. 

Rep. Agboworin stated that the initiative aimed to support the Oyo State governor’s efforts to revamp the state’s security architecture. 

He emphasized the importance of motivating security agencies and encouraged other politicians to emulate his gesture.

The Commissioner of Police, represented by DC Operations Ekanem Usen, and the Executive Assistant on Security to the governor, CP Sunday Odukoya (rtd), commended Rep. Agboworin for the initiative, noting that it aligns with the governor’s security enhancement efforts.

They expressed gratitude for the support and encouraged others to follow suit.
