Ghana’s Minister Threating To Suspend Dstv’s License If They Don’t Reduce Price
Ghana’s Minister of Communications, Samuel Nartey George has threatened to suspend DStv’s license if they don’t reduce their prices.
He said DStv should charge the same amount they charge in Nigeria which is $29. DStv charges $82 for the Premium package in Ghana.
The Minister Says MultiChoice (DSTV) will have its broadcasting licence suspended by August 7th if it fails to reduce subscription fees in line with the cedi’s recent strength.
