As schools resume for the new academic term, the Executive Chairman of Irepo Local Government, Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola, has warmly welcomed all teachers, pupils, students, and newly recruited staff under SUBEB and TESCOM back to school.
In his message on Tuesday, Hon. Olayiwola reiterated the pivotal role of education in driving societal growth and development.
He expressed appreciation for the commitment of existing teachers and applauded the newly recruited SUBEB and TESCOM staff for stepping up to join the mission of improving the standard of education in Irepo Local Government.
The chairman also encouraged pupils and students to approach the new term with renewed energy, focus, and determination, reminding them of the limitless opportunities that come with academic excellence.
“As we resume this new academic term, I urge all teachers, pupils, and students, along with our newly recruited SUBEB and TESCOM staff, to embrace this opportunity with passion and dedication. Strive for excellence in all you do, as education remains the foundation of progress for our community and the nation at large,” the Chairman advised.
Hon. Olayiwola further assured the community of his administration’s unwavering support for the education sector.
