Onijo mourns as Okere of Saki-land loses wife
Chairman of the Governing Council of The Oke-ogun Polytechnic Saki, Barr. Lateef Sarafadeen Abiola, also known as Onijo, has mourned the death of Olori Waliyat Olabisi, the second wife of the Okere of Saki land, Oba Khalid Olabisi.
In his condolence message on Tuesday, Onijo who was shocked about the sad news, prayed to God to grant the late Olori eternal rest.
He described Olori Waliyat as a good-hearted individual who is adored by all for her commitment to humanitarian endeavours.
He said: “I received with shock the sudden death our lovely Olori Waliyat Olabisi, the second wife of the Okere of Sakiland, Oba Khalid Olabisi. Her death was a rude shock.
“During this trying time, may the Almighty Allah comfort and strengthen our royal father, Oba Khalid Olabisi. And I pray he also give the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
MOUTHPIECE NGR reports that the abrupt and untimely death of Olori Waliyat Olabisi, the second wife of the Okere of Saki, has cast a shadow of melancholy over the royal family and the entire kingdom.
