Hon. Sunday Babatunde emblazons Makinde on giving back to whilom political scribes, fetes Arapaja, Others
The former Executive Secretary of Ibadan South East local government and forest engineer, Hon(Engr.) Sunday Babatunde has commended H.E Engr Seyi Makinde Fnse on his political altruism and display of classical leadership in giving back to those who have served the state in different capacities in the last few years.
While reeling out his appreciation message to H.E Governor Seyi Makinde fnse via his Director, Media and Publicity Kehinde Gbadeyanka, Hon. Babatunde described the first citizen in Oyo state as father who always look for the betterment for his offsprings and look back in appreciating his good subjects.
He noted that Gov. Seyi Makinde is a leader with direction of purpose who has virtually changed all the nomenclature in all facets of governance.
Hon. Babatunde expressed his satisfaction on the restoration, transformation and repositioning agenda of Mr. Governor most especially as he has continued taking the state from consumption to productivity.
He concluded that the current journey by the Governor Seyi Makinde will surely lead to greatness at the end of his tenure.
On the other hand, Hon. Babatunde expressed his gratitude to the Deputy National Chairman of People Democratic Party in (South) consisting seventeen states, H.E Amb Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja on his resilience, commitment, steadfastness hitherto and his undiluted loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde.
He commended the Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East LG, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode for his atypical leadership role played during and after working together.
He equally lauded the unflinching supports of some political traducers in the council such as Hon. Dare Adeleke( Special Adviser to Governor on IbadanSouthEast/NorthEastFederal Constituency) Hon. Kunmi Adeshina, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige (Chairman Local Government Staff Pension Board), Alhaji Abidikugu, Hon. Nureni Popoola, Elder Kamal( Surveyor General) Chairman of People Democratic Party in the local government, Hon. Adeshina World Best, Hon. Nureni, Hon. Dele Ojo, Alhaji Daudu Yusuff, Sunday Babatunde Movement and other numerous elders and party members who contributed to our political course.
He urged and charged the party members to continue be faithful and give their support to the current administration and never lose hope in its leadership as the better days are ahead them*
