2025: SMATO reiterates commitment to Ogooluwa/Surulere development, urges continuous support for Gov. Makinde

Lawmaker representing Ogooluwa/Surulere in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ojo Sunday Makanjuola, popularly known as Smato, has reiterated his commitment to bring more dividends of democracy to the people of his constituency.

Beginning the year 2025 with a strong commitment, the lawmaker noted that he would strive to accomplish more for his constituents and keep his promises, even in the face of the nation’s current hardships.

Smato, who is the chairman of the House Committee on Friendship Group to Pakistan, and the deputy chairman of the House Committee on Solid Minerals, noted that the year 2024 was a testament to what we can accomplish when we prioritize service and development.

According to him, from empowering over 200 market women with grants to improve their businesses to providing critical infrastructure such as boreholes and the ongoing road grading projects across our communities, these successes belong to all of us. Your support has made these achievements possible, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

The lawmaker extended his heartfelt greetings to Governor Seyi Makinde for his exemplary leadership and commitment to the development of Oyo state while calling on citizens and residents to keep supporting him.

He equally extended appreciations to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leaders in Oyo State, dedicated party stakeholders in Ogooluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency, and the entire PDP family for their steadfast support and cooperation.
