Yuletide: Excitement as Rep Ojo Makanjuola (SMATO) donates 2.5 million with 50 bags of rice to PDP members in Surulere L.G

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Surulere Local government, Oyo State, held its end of the year meeting today, 24th of December 2024, at the secretariat in Iresaadu 

The meeting was attended by party  stakeholders, leaders, supporters, and members of the great party, including Hon. Ojo Sunday Makanjuola (SMATO), the Honourable member representing Ogo-Oluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency at the 10th National Assembly, also in attendance.

In his address, Hon. Ojo Sunday Makanjuola expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed constituents for their unflinching  support since his assumption of office as their representative in the Federal House of Representatives  

in a statement made available to the press, the federal lawmaker appreciate the party stakeholders and members for their unwavering support and commitment, he also commended Engr Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, who describes as a  remarkable leader whose exemplary leadership serves as a guiding path for all. 

Hon. Makanjuola emphasized the importance of unity among party members and the constituents, urging them to remain steadfast and focused on building a stronger and more prosperous constituency, also  reiterated his commitments to delivering on his promises and ensuring that the benefits of democracy are felt across the Constituency. 

As he rounded off his speech, SMATO extended warm Christmas greetings and best wishes for a prosperous New Year, assuring the people that greater achievements lay ahead in the coming year.

Embracing the festive cheer, Hon Ojo Makanjuola, along with other elected and appointed members of the great party, the PDP, donated cash and rice to  support the people.
