Oyo Deputy Gov sympathizes with Bovas CEO over burnt filling station in Ibadan

Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barr. Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal, has expressed sympathy to the MD, Bovas Group, Mrs Victoria Adunola Samson, over the devastating fire outbreak that occurred on Monday at one of her stations located at Olukunle, Olodo Ibadan Oyo, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos.

The Deputy Governor who was briefed about the scale of destruction at the filling station, expressed grave concern over the high toll in the fire incident.

In his condolence message on Tuesday, Barr. Lawal described the scenario as a big loss to the family, and thanked God for the overall protection of lives, as no life was lost as a result of the incident.

He prayed God to give the MD and her husband, architect Bamidele O. Samson, the strength to deal with the loss and consoled them over the tragic incident.

“We thank God that no lives were lost, even though it is a big loss. I pray that God keeps Mama Bovas and her husband strong and that a catastrophe like this never occurs again”, he said.
