Oyo majority leader, Sanjo Adedoyin congratulates Tunji Ogunrinde on elevation to SAN

The majority leader of Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, has congratulated renowned lawyer, Tunji Ogunrinde, on his prestigious elevation to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) by the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC).

Adedoyin, in his congratulatory message on Tuesday, noted that the rank of SAN is awarded as a mark of excellence to members of the legal profession who have distinguished themselves as advocates and academics.

According to him, this esteemed recognition is an acknowledgement of Ogunride’s outstanding achievements and dedication to the legal profession.

Stressing that the elevation is a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding achievements and commitment to the legal profession, the House majority leader praised his exceptional legal expertise, dedication, and contributions to the Nigerian legal system.

He said: Ogunrinde has continually exemplified the highest standards of legal practice and professional integrity.”

“The Nigerian legal system has greatly benefited from Ogunrinde’s knowledge and commitment to justice. Ogunrinde’s elevation was approved by the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) after a rigorous evaluation process. The SAN rank is reserved for lawyers who demonstrate exceptional skill, professionalism, and integrity.

“He has equally demonstrated expertise in his various areas of practice, including litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, election petition, among others,  earning respect within the legal community as a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.”

The majority leader however wished the new SAN more success as he also expressed confidence in Ogunrinde to continue to excel by making more impactful contributions to the legal profession in Nigeria.
