Newly elected NAOOS Excos extends appreciation to Oyo Gov’t, Oke-ogun leaders and stakeholders

It is with heart full of sincerity that I write on my behalf as the newly sworn-in National President of the National Association of Oke-Ogun Students (NAOOS) home and in diaspora, and my co-executives to express our appreciational indebtedness and extend our deepest gratitude to the Oyo State Government ranging from the apex office of the Governor, Deputy Governor, the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, the ten local government chairmen in Oke-Ogun, Leaders and stakeholders for their supports ranging from pre-election, during and post-election period, culminant to free and fair, peaceful and unprecedented leadership transition in the history of NAOOS.

We are specially thanking the Oyo state Governor H.E Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE, and his Deputy Governor, H. E Barr. Alh Abdulraheem Adebayo Adeleke Lawal, whose presence in at the swearing-in and inauguration held at Tede, Atisbo Local Government came testamentary to the greater zeal the state government has for the promotion of the Oyo State student community evident their student-centered developmental policies, and his personal love for the entirety of Oke-Ogun axis. The new leadership of the NAOOS are forever grateful to him for his awesome and overwhelming cloud-capping fatherly support for the new dawn of leadership in NAOOS – THE ERA OF SAGACITY!

We are thrillingly appreciating the tremendous gestures of the Honourable Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, Hon Prof Saliu Abdulwaheed Adelabu, Hon Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola TT, Hon Olumuyiwa Bashir Alade MM, Hon Muritala Oyewumi Abiodun (Natural), and other local government chairmen in Oke-Ogun, the Onitede of Tede and all paramount traditional rulers in Oke-Ogun for their unparalleled efforts and unquantifiable love for the Oke-Ogun, prioritizing the wellness and betterment of her student community’s future and making the paradigm shift in all aspects, to project Oke-Ogun students with best of image and matchless in the competition world statewide, nationally and internationally.

Specially must we accord our gratification great intensification in appreciating the Senior Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on student affairs Hon Victor Olojede Dideoluwa, and our predecessors, most especially the outgone President and incumbent Saki-West Local Government Chief of Staff Hon Richard Oluwaseun Oladeji, for observing the due process, maintaining legal process towards ensuring legitimacy, and upholding uninterrupted peace culture in the transition process.

Particularly, our pectacular appreciation goes to our revered Oke-Ogun students’ stakeholders and leaders political and non-political, for being there for us before, during and after election, and for the support pledged for our cradling administration to grow and flourish beyond expectations. Thank you all!

Finally, our debt of appreciation will remain unsettled disregarding the wholehearted support received from the leadership of the Federation of the Oyo State Students’ national body under the leadership of Sen. Alarape, the FOSSU National President, his President of the Senate Sen Sodiq Yusuf Temitope (SYT), the NANS JCCs and other recognized student bodies in Nigeria. Thank you all!

We urge you all to kindly accept our sincerest appreciation, as we are humbly welcoming you all to join us collaboratively and collectively in mapping out this new era of progress and development, THE ERA OF SAGACITY – Unity, Transformation and Renascence!
