My tongue of appreciation— Irepo LG secretary, Abdul-Baki to Gov Makinde, Deputy, Edu Commissioner, others
The newly appointed Local Government Secretary in Irepo Local Government, Hon. Muhammad Jamiu Baki, has extended his gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde, the Deputy Governor of Oyo state, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal; for the opportunity to serve his people under the able leadership of Hon. Taoheed Olayiwola.
He equally extended his appreciation to the Oyo Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Soliu Abdul waheed Adelabu and other leaders of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for their unflinching support.
In his appreciation message on Friday, Muhammed Jamiu, who, until his appointment, was the PDP secretary in the local government, thanked them for their trust and confidence placed in him, as well as expressed his readiness to serve and perform to the best of his abilities.
He said that Barr. Lawal’s multiple life-changing empowerment initiatives, numerous supports and contributions, and community services have made him a blessing to the Kishi community.
Adding that the Deputy Governor has continued to play a significant role in the growth of Kishiland, he said not only the sons and daughters of Kishi, have benefited immensely from the current administration, but both settlers and visitors in Irepo Local Government.
Muhammed Jamiu however prayed that God continue to preserve Barr. Lawal in good health and wealth as well as spare his life for many more accomplishments.
He equally prayed for a continuous smooth relationship between him and his boss, Seyi Makinde, for the state development.
