Ibadan Airport Upgrade: Arapaja Commends Gov. Makinde’Developmental strides
The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the Peoples Democratic Party Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for his commitment towards the Infrastructural development of Oyo State.
Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja gave this commendation in a statement he issued and made available to newsmen shortly after the groundbreaking Ceremony for the upgrade of Ibadan airport to an international standard earlier today.
Arapaja who was among the PDP NWC present at the Ceremony in the statement made available through his Personal Assistant, Bamitale Ibrahim said; “I congratulate his Excellency. Engr. Seyi Makinde on the many infrastructure projects that he has undertaken in Oyo state that we have seen.”
“Indeed this upgrade of Alakia Airport is a remarkable legacy that will improve the lives of citizens of Oyo state and Nigerians as a whole” He said.
Ambassador Arapaja equally thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government for setting aside Party differences to grant approval for the Oyo state government to go ahead with the upgrade of the Ibadan airport facility.
Ambassador Arapaja stressed further that history will never forget Governor Seyi Makinde for his vision to overhaul various moribund facilities in the state for the overall benefits of the people.
