Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Makinde Felicitates with Muslims on Maolud Nabiyy Celebration

Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle, Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Maolud Nabiyy, marking the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

Through his media aide, Mr. Bodija Akinwale, Hon. Oyekunle urged Muslims around the world, particularly in Oyo State and Ibadan North Local Government, to remain steadfast in their devotion to the laws of Allah. He emphasized that this is the only way to ensure continued answered prayers and blessings.

In his message, Hon. Oyekunle expressed his goodwill to the Muslim community, saying: “As we celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), I urge all Muslims to continue upholding the teachings and virtues of the Prophet, which emphasize love, compassion, and service to humanity.”

He further stated that the Maolud Nabiyy celebration is a significant event in the Islamic calendar, serving as a reminder of the Prophet’s message of peace, love, and redemption.

Hon. Oyekunle’s felicitation comes as Muslims in Oyo State and around the world mark this special day with prayers, lectures, and other activities.
