Oyo Youth Empowerment Program: Beneficiaries Thank Governor Makinde for Entrepreneurial Skills

Beneficiaries from Oyo zone gathered to express their heartfelt appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for the entrepreneurship mastery training they received. The program which aimed at empowering young individuals, has been a resounding success, and the participants are grateful for the opportunity to acquire new skills.

The beneficiaries, who have undergone comprehensive training in various aspects of entrepreneurship, praised Governor Makinde’s vision and commitment to youth empowerment. They acknowledged the impact of the program on their lives and businesses, expressing gratitude for the knowledge and skills gained.

The training, which covered essential topics such as business planning, marketing, and financial management, has equipped the participants with the tools necessary to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors. The beneficiaries are now confident in their ability to start and grow their own businesses, creating jobs and contributing to the state’s economic growth.

As the program comes to its final phase in Oyo zone which comprises of Oyo West, Oyo East, Atiba and Afijio, the beneficiaries are eager to put their newfound skills into practice, making a positive impact in their communities and beyond. They urged Governor Makinde to continue his support for youth empowerment initiatives, ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.

As the training program drew to a close, Dr. Jasper Ezenwaka encouraged the participants to put the knowledge they had gained into practice and serve as excellent representatives of their local governments.

Meanwhile, Honourable Wasilat Adegoke, Commissioner for Youth and Sports, expressed her gratitude to Governor Makinde for his dedication to youth and sports development in the state. She urged the participants to showcase the skills they had acquired during the training, demonstrating their expertise and making a positive impact in their communities.
