NPA: You are a blessing to LAUTECH alumni association— Ex-President, Onilede Solomon congratulates Lekan Badmus on appointment 

The immediate past president alumni association of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Hon. Onilede Solomon, has congratulated the Osun former Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon. Lekan Badmus on his appointment as Executive Director, Marine & Operations of Nigeria Port Authority (NPA).

Onilede, who is also known as Limo, in his congratulatory message on Friday, said that his successor is a blessing to alumni association and entire LAUTECH community, adding that his appointment is well deserving.

He further described the alumni president’s appointment as a round peg in a round hole owing to his track records of performance in the different offices he previously held.

While vouching for his competence, the Warri based Oil magnate expressed confidence that Hon. Badmus will turn the tides around in line with the ‘Renewed Hope’ agenda of President Tinubu.

He added that his recent electoral victory and resounding support during the LAUTECH alumni election were due to his proven performance in the various roles he holds. 

Hon. Limo noted that the expectations of the people from the government of President Tinubu were high, charging him to put in his interest in the new position to meet the yearnings of the country.
