Oyo township residents hail Makinde on palliative work on Federal road   

Oyo township residents have praised the Governor Seyi Makinde led administration on  palliative rehabilitation of Ajegunle  road, along Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo.

Some of the residents stated that the Rehabilitation of the road which was an eyesore and in need of urgent repair is highly appreciated and is indeed a great relief, as incessant accidents which is a common norm on the road will be put to a definite end. 

Speaking with journalists on Wednesday during inspection to the rehabilitated roads, Honourable Busoye Ogunlade, who is the Chairman, Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency OYSROMA, stated that the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde mandated the Agency to carry out Rehabilitation on deplorable roads across the State and that all hands are on deck to do the needful.

He added that the Oyo State Government is working day and night to bring succour and comfort to the good people of the State by putting in place necessary resources to help in making life more meaningful in the pacesetter State.

Ogunlade urged the motorists and pedestrian plying roads to always cooperate with Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYSROMA) whenever road rehabilitation is being done and to desist from dumping refuse on the waterways, especially during the raining season.
