Oyo PDP commiserates with two Commissioners over parents’ death
The Oyo State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has extended its deepest condolences to Honorable Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, and Honorable Commissioner for Trade, Investment, Industry, and Cooperatives, Hon. Ademola Ojo, on the passing of their loved ones.
In a statement signed by its Ag. publicity secretary, the party said Alhaja Taiwo Nimotallahi Olatunbosun, mother to Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, has left an indelible mark on her family and community.
It added that her departure at a ripe age is a testament to a life well-lived and cherished.
The statement reads: “The Oyo PDP stands by Hon. Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun during this time of mourning, offering our support and heartfelt sympathies.
“In the same vein, the loss of Hon. Ademola Ojo’s father is a sorrow shared by many. Hon. Ademola Ojo, Commissioner for Trade, Investment, Industry, and Cooperatives, has exhibited unwavering dedication to public service, and our thoughts are with him and his family during this period of grief.
“Our hearts go out to Hon. Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun and Hon. Ademola Ojo during this difficult time. Losing loved ones is never easy, but may they find solace in the memories and legacies left behind.
“The Oyo PDP family joins hands with the Olatunbosun and Ojo families to offer support, prayers, and strength as they navigate through these trying times. We acknowledge the invaluable contributions of the departed and salute their commitment to our state and its progress.”
