JUST In: Hon Femi Emmanuel Aikomo Elected PDP Chairmanship Candidate In Afijio

Hon Femi Emmanuel Aikomo has been elected as the chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Afijio Local Government.

Aikomo was elected by the party’s delegates at the primary election held at the party’s secretariat in Afijio Local Government .

Hon Aikomo who had earlier been adopted by the party’s stakeholders as the consensus chairmanship candidate defeated all other contestants at the primaries.

He polled a total of ninety votes to defeat four other candidates.

The returning officer, Oladosu Akinloye declared the results as follows: 

Aikomo Emmanuel Femi – 90 votes

Prince Olaoye – 2 votes

Owolabi Folaranmi – votes

Oyebanji Toyin – 2 votes

Ayoola Kolawole – 4 votes
