Hon. John Oke LEGACY Ph.D Congratulates Olaleye, Oyelade, and Salawu on New Appointments

A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Ogbomoso North Local Government, Hon. John Oke LEGACY, Ph.D, has extended his warm congratulations to three distinguished individuals on their recent appointments to key positions in Seyi Makinde-led government of Omitutun 2.0. 

The appointments were made by His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, as part of his commitment to further strengthening the state’s administration with experienced and capable individuals.

Barrister Olasunkanmi Olaleye, a seasoned legal practitioner with a remarkable track record in the field, was appointed as the Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development. This decision reflects the governor’s commitment to revitalizing the agricultural sector and ensuring rural development which remains a top priority for the state.

Hon. John Oke LEGACY, expressed his delight at Barr. Olaleye’s appointment, highlighting his legal acumen and dedication to public service. He praised the governor for selecting someone with vast experience in both legal and agricultural matters, believing that Barr. Olaleye’s leadership would undoubtedly make a positive impact on the state’s agricultural landscape.

Oke LEGACY also commended Prince Dotun Oyelade, a renowned media guru and communications expert as he was appointed Commissioner for Information, which aligns with Governor Makinde’s vision of fostering transparent governance and robust communication between the government and the people.

Recognizing Prince Dotun Oyelade’s significant contributions to the media and communication industry, He expressed confidence that Prince Oyelade’s expertise would enhance the dissemination of accurate and timely information from the government to the citizens, thus fostering a more informed and engaged public.

Finally, the director of Best Legacy also congratulated Engr. Open Salawu, who was appointed as the Executive Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde. 

Engr. Salawu’s proven track record in engineering and project management, coupled with his dedication to public service, makes him an excellent choice for this role.

The governor’s decision to appoint Engr. Open Salawu as his Executive Assistant garnered widespread approval from the public and political circles. 

Hon. John Oke LEGACY commended Governor Makinde for recognizing the talent and leadership qualities possessed by Engr. Salawu, as he expressed optimism that the appointment would strengthen the governor’s team and contribute to the successful execution of the state’s development agenda.

He said: “The entire Ogbomoso sons celebrate the appointments of Barr. Olasunkanmi Olaleye, Prince Dotun Oyelade, and Engr. Open Salawu, believing that their expertise and dedication will undoubtedly contribute to the betterment of the state and its people.”
