Dotun Oyelade From Ogbomoso North Makes Oyo Commissioners’ List 

The immediate past Executive Chairman of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State, BCOS, Prince Dotun Oyelade has made the Commissioners-designate list sent to the House of Assembly for screening by Governor Seyi Makinde.

According to sources, Prince Oyelade, a veteran broadcaster, may have made the list owing to his performance as the Executive Chairman of BCOS, which Governor Makinde considered very impressive.

The Ogbomoso-born journalist, a prolific writer who has authored several books, was also Special Adviser, Media and Strategy, to late Governors Lam Adesina and Otunba Christopher Alao Akala of Oyo State. 

Prince Oyelade was Governor Makinde’s Media Campaign Chairman in the last gubernatorial election. He led a successful media campaign that has been acclaimed to be very professional. 

Watchers of Oyo State politics commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his choice of Oyelade as one of his Commissioners. They stressed that Oyelade possessed the experience and capacity to contribute positively to the development of Oyo State.
