Prof. Na’Allah’s UNIABUJA to host ZETSI Africa/NANS Leadership Training Programme

As the preparations are in top gear, the Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja, Prof. AbdulRasheed Na’Allah has consented to be the Chief Host of the Leadership Training Programme to be organized by ZETSI Africa in collaboration with NANS.

This disclosure was made during a courtesy visit paid by the Chairman, Planning Committee, Amb. Razak Jeje and his team.

In his words, the Vice Chancellor felt elated for their thoughtful and head-on approach to address social vices predominant on campuses, thereby creating a safer future for the country.

He equally encouraged both organizations for their continued commitment towards addressing issues as relate to the Nigerian students which are, according to him, the future of our country.

The Leadership Programme themed: “Exploring the Tools of Leadership to Curb the Rising Tide of Social Vices Among Nigerian Students” is a collaborative initiative of the Zero Tolerance For Social Immoralities Initiative (ZETSI) Africa and the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

According to the Chairman, Planning Committee, Amb. Razak Jeje, the programme seeks to train student leaders across the country skills required to curb social vices on Nigerian campuses and it is proposed to hold on Thurday, 27th of July, 2023.

“The ZETSI Africa and NANS are additionally in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Education, NILDS, EFCC, NDLEA and the Nigerian Police Force and will have all Student Union Leaders across the 36 states of the Federation in attendance.

He further added that the programme will feature notable and seasoned speakers across different endeavors who will be dissecting topics of core interests.
