VIDEO: INEC officials, voters clash in Osun
Officials of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Saturday clashed with some voters in the ongoing gubernatorial election in OSUN state.
MOUTHPIECE NGR gathered that the incident occurred at polling unit 5, ward 8, Irewole Local Government.
Voters disagree with INEC officials over the position of the voting cubicle/ballot box. The residents are insisting that it must be by the road as opposed to under a shed.
It was learnt that security operatives at the scene are still trying to return normalcy as at press time.
MOUTHPIECE NGR observes that voting has commenced in most polling units.
