Some of us were employed by Oyo Deputy Governor— Kishi indigenes at Secretariat

Some workers in Agodi Secratriat who are indigenes of Irepo Local Government Kishi on Friday stormed the office of the deputy Governor to rejoice with him on his recent appointment.

The workers, who consists of women, men and youth expressed their deep appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for rewarding their father with such a position, adding that his appointment is a reward for hard work. 

While speaking, one of the guests, who identified himself as, Gideon revealed that Bayo Lawal secured him and other people appointment in year 2000 at the government secretariat while serving as Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Oyo State.

He said Bayo Lawal has also assisted many people too, and his immense contribution to the development of of Irepo Local Government can not be over emphasized. 

In his remarks, the Deputy Governor, Bayo Lawal thanked Allah for the opportunity given to him. He promised to make use of the office to the betterment of the good people of Oke-Ogun and Oyo state at large.
