Oke LEGACY, Olajide, 4 others congratulate Oyo Dep. Gov, Bayo Lawal, laud Makinde

The PDP chieftain and Member, Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. John Adisa Oke LEGACY has led a six-man delegation to visit the new Oyo deputy governor, Barr. Bayo Lawal.

Mouthpiece NGR understands that the visit of the political stalwarts was in a bid to congratulate the Deputy Governor, adding that his emergence will consolidate on Governor Seyi Makinde’s efforts for greater prosperity in Oyo State.

In their remark, they said: “We are here to congratulate you on your emergence as the new deputy governor and we expressed optimism in your capacity to take Governor Seyi Makinde government to another higher level.

“Your emergence is a major pointer that politics today is tilting towards meritocracy and not god-fatherism.

In his appreciating note, Barr. Bayo Lawal expressed his gratitude to the delegation for the august visit and also commended them for believing in his capacity to deliver.

The Bamofin of Kishi, therefore, assured the delegates of continued all-inclusive approach in Gov. Seyi Makinde government, adding that they should continue to support the administration.

“I am most grateful for this august visit and I can assure you a continuous all-inclusive approach in this administration.

“I would like to beseech your support in any capacity for its success.”- He said.

The delegation comprises Hon. John Adisa Oke; Hon. Jimoh Azeez from Ogbomoso South; the Vice Chariman, Hon. Isaac Olajide, among others.
