Ijebu North Constituents congratulate Wife of Oyo Deputy Governor, Chief Ajibola Lawal

Constituents of Ijebu North Local Government on Saturday stormed Ibadan, the state capital, to congratulate the wife of Oyo State Deputy Governor, Her Excellency, Chief Ajibola Lawal.

Recall that her husband, Bayo Lawal, on Monday, took an oath of office to become the Deputy Governor of Oyo state.

The swearing-in ceremony took place at the executive chamber of the governor’s office and was conducted by Munta Abimbola, the chief justice of the state.

While presenting her gift, the guests from her hometown, Oru-Ijebu, described her as a God gift, not only to her husband, but also to humanity.

They cited Her Excellency’s efforts to brighten the lives of the less fortunate, particularly the beneficial relationships she fostered with those who worked with her husband, and noted how her compassionate demeanor had a profoundly positive impact on people’s lives.

“We are here to congratulate you on your husband’s promotion, Your Excellency.”
