Get armed, defend yourselves – Nigerian pastor declares
Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministry has advised Nigerians, particularly Northerners to safeguard themselves against terrorist attacks.
The clergyman made this revelation while making sermon at the church’s headquarters, Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
He has advised the people living in terror-ridden areas, to buy arm for self-defence.
The cleric revealed that there would be peace only when residents start to defend themselves.
He said, “All of you in the North hear me: don’t do that Christianity; you too carry your walking stick. Buy walking stick and be walking with walking stick.
“All of you in the North, brothers and sisters, get good walking stick so that when you walk, the walking stick can support you.
“All of you in Kaduna hear me: get good walking stick so that it can support you when you are moving. They are not the only ones who know where to buy walking stick.
“If they shoot you too shoot, if they fire you fire. Then there will be peace. Defend yourself”.
