BREAKING: Court reinstates Ondo Deputy Speaker, Ogundeji

The Federal High Court sitting in Akure, has ordered the Ondo State House of Assembly to reinstate Ondo Deputy Speaker after his seat was controversially declared vacant by the Ondo state House of assembly couple of month ago.

MOUTHPIECE NGR recall that Ogundeji decamped to PDP when the APC at national level parade two chairmen in which yobe governor his excellency Malam buni and his counterpart nasarrawa governor also laid claim as the chairman of the party. During this period Rt.hon Iroju move to the opposition party,the people democratic party to pursue his political ambition.

On Thursday, the Federal High Court sitting in Akure, Ondo State has delivered a ruling in favour of Rt.Hon Iroju Ogundeji to be reinstated with immediate effect.

It was gathered that Hon. Iroju has joined the INEC, APC, The house of Assembly and the Nigeria police in the case.

Both the Speaker and the House of Assmebly were urged to walk through the path of peace and uphold the sanctity of the rule of law pending when the substantive suit will be heard.
