Tinubu wins APC presidential primary
The former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC, primary elections.
The national leader of APC has garnered half of the total votes to defeat his major contenders, the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, and the former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi.
Recall that about 2,322 delegates from across the federation had been in Eagles Square, Abuja to elect the presidential candidate of the party ahead of the 2023 general elections.
