APC Primaries: Yunus Akintunde wins Oyo Central Senatorial Ticket 

Yunus Akintunde, late former governor Abiola Ajimobi’s works and transport commissioner, has reportedly clinched the Oyo Central Senatorial Ticket of All Progressives Congress. 

He defeated his close rival, Faozey Oladotun Nurudeen, in a keenly contested election.
