BREAKING: Uneasy calm as PDP produces two governorship candidate in Osun 

Two candidates emerged on Tuesday from the gubernatorial primaries of the People’s Democratic Party in Osun State, Mouthpiece NGR reports. 

While Prince Dotun Babayemi emerged the candidate of the Wale Ojo led faction of the People’s Democratic Party in Osun, Ademola Adeleke emerged the candidate of the Sunday Bisi led faction of the party.

Announcing, the result of the Wale Ojo led faction which held at Wocdif centre, Osogbo, the Chief Returning officer, Hon. Adelani Ajanaku noted that Dotun Babayemi pulled 1781 votes.

He added that even though some other aspirants have stepped down from the contest, they still made some votes.

Affairs TV reports that Sanya Omirin pulled 16 votes, Akin Ogunbiyi 23 votes, Fatai Akinbade 28 votes and Dele Adeleke pulled 32 votes.

In the same vein, Ademola Adeleke emerged winner of the Sunday Bisi led primaries with 1887 votes, while Dele Adeleke got 2 votes, Fatal Akinbade 0, Dotun Babayemi 0, Akin Ogunbiyi 0, Omirin Sanya 4 votes.
