Royal Umbrella brands vehicle for Makinde second term re-election campaign 

A Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State, Honourable Abayomi Olajide has donated a branded bus for use during the re-election campaigns of Governor Seyi Makinde as well as for easy movement of The GSMists members and party faithful.

Royal Umbrella who is the State Coordinator of The GSMists on Sunday revealed that the pro-group has members across the 33 local government of the State.

Mouthpiece NGR understands that the group is a brand who build in the legacy of good governance of Governor Seyi Makinde. 

While speaking about the donation on Sunday, Royal Umbrella said the donation was in fulfilment of a promise he made earlier and to ensure better propagation and dissemination of necessary information across the state. 

He stressed that there is need for vehicle and he has to brand a bus for such movement. 

The coordinator added that the donation is part of his modest contribution towards ensuring victory for the PDP in Oyo State in particular, and Nigeria as a whole in the forthcoming general elections.

“I am donating this bus not because I want anything back, but because I have a special interest in the wellbeing of our party men and good people of Oyo State and to also show to the world that I am a man of my word. I promise to support the government of Governor Makinde and this is the fulfilment of that promise and there is no going back”, he sad.
