Booda Sunday Adeyemo mourns Soun of Ogbomoso, sympathises with family, Ogbomosholand

Chairman, Booda Sunday Adeyemo Foundation has mourned the Soun of Ogbomoso, HRH Dr. Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungbade 111 as he joined his ancestors today, describing him as a great monarch who made considerable contributions to the development of Ogbomosho.

Booda Sunday sent his heartfelt condolences to the Gbagun ruling family, all the indigenes of Ogbomoso over the sad loss of the revered monarch and beseech Allah to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.

“It was heartbreaking and a sad day for all the indigenes of Ogbomosholand and Oyo state as a whole because we lost our prominent father after 48 years on the throne.”

“I send my condolences over the death of HRH Dr. Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungbade 111 CFR, who was an astute leader and peace ambassador, during his lifetime. Indeed, his death is a sad development for those of us that enjoyed his fatherly care and advice.”

“I pray that Allah gives the family, all indigenes, residents of Ogbomosho and Oyo State as a whole the fortitude to bear the loss.”
