Back to School: ARA Foundation distributes educational materials to students

In her usual alleviative spirit, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ARA Foundation, Princess Aderonke Rahmat Adedoja has distributed a sizeable amount of quality educational materials to students of public secondary schools in Oluyole local government area of Oyo state.

The progam tagged Back to School’ is part of efforts to improve the quality of education and give opportunities to students and pupils from all backgrounds in Oluyole Constituency.

Adedoja noted that the Foundation is very particular about the education of students of both secondary and public primary schools, saying the program in the last few years has motivated many students from poor background to stick to their studies and cast away from them the spirit of laziness.

She hinted that the program was flagged off at Prospect High School, Abanla and Ayégun Community Grammar School, Olómi Olójúoro Road, adding that the Foundation is already extending the gesture to more public schools in Oluyole Local Government.

In her welcome address, the principal of one of the visited schools, Mrs Osinubi of Ayégun Community Grammar school appreciated the Foundation for the unusual gesture and thoughtfulness in making life better for the students.

She said the impact of Princess Aderonke Adedoja is felt among the people’s of Oluyole through the lofty innovative programs embarked on by her Foundation, stressing that such gesture will touch lives positively.

Adedoja who was excited by the principal’s remarks said: “As the product of public school, this has been one of my ways of returning to the society to contribute my quota.”

“The program will be a continual activity in which many schools will be touched before the end of this term.”

She further explained and reiterated her commitment in bettering the lot of the destitute students and most especially towards our education sector to a great height.
