PHOTOS: Ajao empowers constituents with Grant, Revolving Loan, Tricycles, Motorcycles,Palliatives (PHOTOS)
The Vice-Chairman House Committee on Navy and lawmker representing Ogbomoso North, South and Orire federal constituency, Hon.Captain Ajao Jacob Adejumo, has empowered his constituents, in the end of the year program organized by him with 30million Naira revolving loan, 15million Naira Grant, 40 Motorcycles and 10Tricycles.
According to his media assistant, Mr Paul, the program which was in phases, lapsed for a week.
He said major Markets, and some selected business-owners were considered for the Revolving loan at no interest rate while the 15 million naira Grant was awarded as a start-up package for entrepreneurs in the constituency.
The statement also said that some Youths in the constituency received Motorcycles and Tricycles, while Rice and Cash were received by the less privilege as Christmas package.
Speaking at “A Night with your Legislator” which was the last phase of the program, Hon.Ajao, said He will do everything within his jurisdiction to actualize the happiness of his people, he further stressed that it’s nearly impossible to secure employment opportunities for every graduates in the Constituency, hence, there’s need for alternative measure, which was the reason behind the grant and loan initiative.
Mr Olaatunde, one of the grant beneficiaries appreciate the lawmker and described the move as a laudable one, charged others political figure to emulate the scheme.
Another beneficiary, Mr Ibrahim Yusuf, commended the lawmker for always being there for the people of his constituency, expressed his gladness towards the Motorcycle received, and pray to God to grant the lawmker his personal wish.
