Ogbomoso residents excited over Ogunwuyi’s Christmas gifts (PHOTOS) (VIDEOS)
The Director General, Oyo State Investments and Public-Private Partnership Agency, Hon Segun Ogunwuyi has once again extended his kind gesture to the residents of Ogbomoso as he distributed staple foods and life chickens for Christmas celebration.
The event which was held at his Ogbomoso Country home had more than 2,000 people who received packs of rice and life chickens to celebrate the festive season.
One of the joyful recipients, who testified in an interview with Mouthpiece NGR said that the OYSIPA boss had even before the Covid-19 pandemic been in the habit of giving out different welfare items to them, and the clergymen who were present, said ceaseless prayers for his wellbeing and his promotion to higher heights and offices.
Hon Ogunwuyi while distributing the gifts on Thursday, said the gesture was borne out of his desire to enable the beneficiaries and their family members have something to smile on especially during this Covid-19 pandemic.
He said the gesture was part of his service to God and humanity. He also enjoined the residents of Ogbomoso to continue to support His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde in his quest to bring back the glorious days of the pace setters state.
