Coronavirus: LAUTECH opens online skill acquisition program for students

The management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has introduced free online training for all students of the institution during this COVID-19 pandemic period.
This was contained in a message sent to all students of the school on Monday, April 6th, 2020.
The school authority urged every student to join the training sessions and “take them seriously as Certificate will be awarded to the participants.”
Mouthpiece NGR gathered that the training was organised by LAUTECH ICT Centre in conjunction with the LAUTECH centre for Research Innovation Discovery.
The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. M.O Ologunde, advised all students to“take the courses seriously as Certificate will be awarded to the participants.”
“No student should join more than only one course. The penalty for such students is that he/she will be removed from the programme and won’t be given the certificate,” the statement added.
