Just In: LAUTECH appoints new MD for business school
The Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomosho has appointed Chief Babajide Bewaji as the Managing Director of LAUTECH Business School.
Babajide Bewaji who is a member of the school alumni association and currently the chairman of Atlantis group was issued the appointment letter on Monday.
He was urged to make the school one of the most sought after Business schools in Africa through his expertise and records.
Mouthpiece NGR gathered that the new Managing Director was a former Alumni president of the institution and pioneer chairman of LAUTECH Alumni board of trustees.
Bewaji, who’s a business mogul and banking tycoon has over 16 years banking experience and would be bringing it to bear in making the School the best.
Until his appointment, he was a Regional Manager of United Bank of Nigeria, UBA, supervising over 102 banks across South West.
He was also a senior management staff with Zenith bank, Guaranty trust bank and others.
