Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, on Monday sworn in Mrs Bamiwo Adeosun as the Secretary to Oyo State government at the executive chamber, Mouthpiece NG can report. 

Some selected Party leaders, including the deputy governor and top echelon of the administration were in attendance.
