APC Supporters Go Spiritual as Appeal Court Delivers Judgement On Osun Gov Poll Tomorrow
A youth wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun state, Osun Youth Group (OYG) has expressed optimism that with God, the Court of Appeal ruling would be in favour of Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
Mouthpiece NG recalls that the appeal court on Wednesday, issued hearing notices to the parties involved and has fixed Thursday for the judgement.
Following this development, the group reportedly held a prayer for the victory of Gov Oyetola tomorrow.
OYSG said they believe in efficacy of prayer.
The group however, tasked the members to put trust in God, assuring them that governor Oyetola would definitely complete his four years tenure.
The President of OYG, Mr Adebayo Adewale, who also double as Personal Assistance to Governor Oyetola gave the assurance at the interdenominational prayer organized by the group to seek God’s intervention on the matter.
He charged the members to be prayerful and be rest assured of the victory at appeal and supreme court of Osun gubernatorial Poll, urging them not to relent in their prayer.
Adewale noted that Governor Oyetola was ordained to continue to transform the state from where his predecessor stopped.
He also appealed to residents of the state to continue to support and pray for the government of the day further enjoy dividends of democracy.
The OYG President said the decision to organise the prayer came of the heel of their believe that it’s only God who has supernatural power to solve people’s problems, Citty Mirrow reports.
