OPINION: Either A ‘WIN-LOSS’ for Ajimobi & Adelabu, Or Vice-Versa-

Few months to the general elections, I told some people that Ajimobi and Adelabu can’t share the same fate in the general elections. “It’s either governor Ajimobi win his own election or penkelemes loss, both can’t be victorious nor be defeated. What I perceive is a #Wim-Loss, or vice versa.

Governor Ajimobi’s defeat in the last election is an indication that the APC gubernatorial candidate may likely be victorious in the Saturday’s election. The party has made Ajimobi loss a ‘Sacrifice’ to ensure the victory of its gubernatorial candidate in the coming election.
APC is currently reaching out to people and amending loopholes. The national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu had reached out to many political stalwarts and gladiators in the state to decimate the opposition party.
If Ajimobi had won the senatorial election, Seyi Makinde would have stand a clear chance of winning the coming gubernatorial election.
In politics, it’s always +1 or -1. Seyi Makinde will have quite appreciable number of votes in Ibadan with the support of Ladoja, Lanlehin, Barrister Sharafa Ali but in Oke- Ogun, Oyo and Ogbomoso, APC would give a very tough fight and may likely lead with wide margin.
It will be recalled that Atiku got massive votes from Ogbomoso in the presidential election due to the support of Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala. Interestingly, it was also gathered that the presidential candidate of ADP had the highest number of votes in Ogbomoso through out the country.
Today, Alao Akala is in APC. He has stepped down for Adelabu penkelemes to ensure he emerge in the coming election. The 60% votes of the Ogbomoso people may likely swing to where Alao Akala belong because he holds the ace in Ogbomoso.
In addition, Bunvic is very strong in Surulere and Ogo- Oluwa, he won the last election with a wide margin even by defeating Akala’s candidate. both Akala and Bunvic are today on same page, what’s likely going to be the result ? Your guess is good as mine.

It’s an iota of truth that some people in Oyo state are complaining about APC and the Ajimobi led administration, however with the outcome of the presidential results, one may not confidently boast that the people of Oyo state will vote massively for PDP in the gubernatorial election, especially now that Nigeria election is monetized.
One wonders how PDP going to perform magic. The Tsunami of ‘Otoge’ as learnt in Kwara state is obviously not the same situation in Oyo state. The Peoples Democratic Party should rather double its efforts than thinking it’s over for APC in the state.
Note: This is just an opinion. Anyone can also come up with a contrary opinion. I’ve only written this base on my knowledge. Let’s see if am a good analyst or pundit.
Perhaps, I may be better than those prophets and Imams who deceive politicians because of money.
