The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar who took his Presidential campaign rally to Lagos state on Tuesday, February 11th was caught waving at empty seats at the rally ground, Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos.
