“Support the Present Administration for Irepo’s Progress” – Olayiwola Charges Residents on Democracy Day
As Nigeria marks Democracy Day, the Executive Chairman of Irepo Local Government, Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola, has congratulated the people of Irepo and called for unwavering support for the present administration, stressing that collective backing is key to sustained development at the grassroots.
Speaking on the significance of the day, Hon. Olayiwola said, “Democracy is about people and progress. I sincerely urge all sons and daughters of Irepo to support the present administration so that we can continue to build on the achievements recorded so far.” He emphasized that meaningful development depends on cooperation between leaders and citizens.
The Chairman further appealed to residents to offer continuous prayers for the success of the current local government leadership. He noted that divine guidance and public goodwill are essential for effective service delivery. “Your prayers give us strength, and your support drives our commitment,” he added.
